This was my first time going to Vivi Nail Spa, I was recommended by a friend. It’s always nerve racking trying a new place, but I was so pleased with my experience. I love how my nails came out and the customer service was above and beyond. Apple did an amazing job! Obsessed with my Christmas set!

I’ve been going to this salon for the past 6 months. They are very friendly to their customers and i love the way my nails are done. I never have to wait even though they do get busy. I recommend coming here.

Wow!!! I can’t say enough about the salon. I’ve been going here over two years. It’s 1st class from the minute you walk in the salon until you leave. Jackie, and his wife always welcome you, make sure you are satisfied and always take time to talk with you no matter how busy they are. They appreciate every customer. Sarah my nail teach is who does my manicure and pedicure she does an awesome job every time my nails are natural active length. My husband nail tech is Rita and my husband loves getting his manicure and pedicure with her. Everyone is friendly they remember you by name and it’s very clean and sanitized. I wish they had a closer salon to me but it’s worth the drive.😊 Thank you Jackie and everyone in the salon for all you do. See you in two weeks❤️

Everyone was super nice hence the couple stars but the nails I left with were not it. I went 10/28 and I’m already having breakage from a way too thick powder mani. I went based on reviews but I will not be back 👎🏽 …

First time visiting this spa, I had a pretty good experience. However, they told me the price would be 45 and charged me 70 instead for this set. A little overpriced for an acrylic full set. My nail was quite nice but when she was doing my design, I would notice something was uneven or missing a spot and it seemed like she was getting irritated if I pointed it out.

I’m here from Dallas. I came here to get my nails done for my engagement party. What I loved is the pricing and how fast they got us in and out. I showed them a reference photo of what I wanted but since they didn’t have chunky glitter they had to improvise. I love the flower she placed on my ring finger and I love the chrome. The top coat did start coming off the next day in my thumbs but they did say I could come back to get it fixed whenever I want. I loved the girl that did my nails. She was so sweet. They also gave you a mini massage at the end while you wait which was cute! Def thought it was a cute salon and very pretty compared to a lot of the others in Long Island that I have seen! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars because I feel like they should have all types of nail material for such a highly rated salon. That’s just my personal opinion.

Wow 🤩is all I have to say! I seen the the reviews 4.8 out of 5. So, I wanted to see if they live up the hype. I called for an appointment and was able to get one 45 minutes from when I called. I was told about the 2 technicians who can do designs. I must say as soon as I walked in I recieved a warm greeting. I waited 10 minutes and so I wouldn't wait too long someone came to take the old colors off my nails. To not make me wait another technician who was free did my nails name Bella. She was patient and looked at the 4 designs I gave her as options. She asked me which design did I really want she studied the picture and worked meticulously to study design and execute the design to the best of her abilities. The finale results were impeccable. Update 04-30-2023 I didn't think it was possible but Bella outdid herself. Every single person that sees my nails things that they look absolutely positively amazing.
